Our unique range of liqueurs not only add a great variation to any traditional cocktail, but can also lead to lots of new creations.

Here are our tried and tested favourite British Cocktail and food recipes. 


Tipsy Cosmo

  • 1 shot Seville Orange Liqueur
  • 1 shot Lime Vodka
  • 2 shots Cranberry Juice

Add all the ingredients to a cocktail shaker with some ice, shake vigorously and strain into a chilled martini glass.

Raspberry Royale  

  • 1 shot Raspberry Gin
  • Champagne
  • 1 Raspberry in Raspberry Liqueur

Add the Raspberry Gin to a flute and top up with Champagne and pop in a Raspberry  to finish.                             

Clink Appletini

  • 1.5 shots Apple Brandy
  • 1.5 shots Vodka
  • 1 shot Apple Juice
  • 1 shot Sugar Syrup
  • 1 shot Lemon Juice

Add all the ingredients to a cocktail shaker with some ice, shake and pour into a chilled Martini Glass.

Spiced Hot Toddy

  • 1 shot Spiced Ginger Whiskey
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 cup Hot Water

Stir all the ingredients together in a mug for a perfect way to combat those winter chills!



Butterscotch Brandy Mousse

  • 120ml Butterscotch Cream Liqueur
  • 125g Dark Chocolate
  • 25g Butter
  • 2 Eggs, separate whites

Melt the chocolate with the butter

Whisk in the Butterscotch Liqueur & egg yolks, set aside to cool.

Stiffen the egg whites and fold into the butterscotch mixture with a metal spoon.

Refrigerate for 8 hours.

Seville Orange Gin Ice Cream

  • 3 shots Seville Orange Gin
  • 450ml Double Cream
  • 190g Icing Sugar
  • 1 Orange Juice & Zest

Stir the sugar in with the orange juice & zest, leave until dissolved.

Whip the cream & Seville Orange Gin until fluffy and mix in the sugar solution.

Taste test and if necessary add more Seville Orange Gin.

Freeze overnight.

Lime Vodka Ice Cream

  • 3 shots Lime Vodka
  • 450ml Double Cream
  • 190g Icing Sugar
  • 2 Lime Juice & Zest

Stir the sugar in with the lime juice & zest, leave until dissolved

Whip the cream & lime Vodka until fluffy and mix in the sugar solution.

Taste test and if necessary add more Lime Vodka.

Freeze overnight.
